Inside IX Art Park in the heart of Charlottesville, Three Notch'd Brewery & Craft Kitchen is our original home and main production brewery, where fresh beer, great food, and community come together.

We pair rotating house-brewed beers with elevated pub fare and seasonal dishes sourced with Virginia in mind. From burgers and shareables to chef-driven plates, brunch, and craft cocktails, there's something for every gathering: a night out with friends, a family meal, a stop before live music nearby, or a long happy hour.

With a lively dining room, a spacious covered patio, a full bar, and some of the freshest beer we brew, Charlottesville remains the heart of the Three Notch'd experience.
