Where do I find my membership card?

Your membership card is available on our website. We do not have physical membership cards.

On your mobile phone, go to, click on the mobile menu, and then touch the “Membership Card” link.

If you don’t see your proof of membership, click the login link on the page. Enter your username and password.

After successfully submitting your login credentials, you should see your proof of membership. Show that screen to the bartender and/or wait staff to receive your draft beer discount.

Pro tip – If you are already logged in to your account, your proof of membership will display at the bottom of the home page.

Can I buy drinks for others with my club discount?

No. Only members can take advantage of our club discounts at breweries. Please don’t buy drinks for others using our club discount. Abusing this could lead to the termination of this benefit. Instead, encourage others to join the club.

Please expect the bar and wait staff to check your ID or credit card with the name listed on your proof of membership in order to receive your discount.

How do I take advantage of the Ale Trail store discount?

After logging into your account on our website, you should see the discounted prices for those products eligible for a discount.

How and when will I receive my membership gift?

Go to this page to select your annual membership gift. Once selected, we will send your gift to the shipping address that we have on file within 4 weeks. In addition, we will notify you once your gift has been shipped.

Will my membership auto-renew?

Yes, your membership is set to auto-renew by default. You can change this by going to and then clicking on the “My Subscription” link. On that page you should see an option to turn off Auto-renew. Gift memberships will not auto-renew by default.

In order to purchase a gift membership, please make sure you are logged out of your account. You can then purchase a gift membership for someone else. Make sure you check the gift membership box!
